1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County after a jury convicted Appellant of first degree murder for fatally shooting his wife. Herein, Appellant challenges several of the trial courts jury instructions and evidentiary rulings, including the admission of a computer-generated animation used to illustrate expert witness testimony of the crime. For the following reasons, we affirm.
