1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County after a jury convicted Appellant of rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse ("IDSI"), unlawful contact with minor, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and corrupting the morals of a minor. On appeal, Appellant claims that the trial court erred when it allowed a forensic laboratory manager to testify to the contents of two laboratory reports and then admitted the reports as substantive evidence when the testimony of the laboratory technician who prepared the report was not presented. Appellant also challenges the discretionary aspects of his sentence. We affirm.
